Rename the file “IDMGrHlp.exe” to any name of your choice or you can simply delete it.(I would suggest you to delete it).Note – To be able to view your file extensions you first need to enable the option by going through Organize -> Folder and Search Options -> Uncheck the option Hide extensions for known file types
