This is a remesh of the wolf armor using the male one as base going for a sleeker, slightly Witcher inspired look while staying compatible with retextures. Also, in response to the topic title, I recommend either Ritter or Jamella armor.
When opening up in 3ds max, the full, unaltered mesh appeared, so the armor looks like an abomination of complete nonsense. Everything can be found in a chest at High Hrothgar, right on the stairs, you can't miss it. Immersive Armors is a mod for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that contains a large pack of armors created by hothtrooper44 and other modders.
UUNP thread said that it could be converted, but it seems that no one has ever done so. All apparel uses Armor Slots to determine what parts of the body they cover.
Depends on if you view skimpy armor and half-naked chicks immersion breaking or not.
